Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Servings: 20 small muffins


2 Large Egg

2 Large Egg White

1 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree

1 cup all natural almond butter

1/2 cup of pure maple syrup

5 scoops of Vega plant based chocolate protein powder (or whatever protein powder you like the taste of)

1 tsp of baking soda

pinch of salt, nutmeg, cinnamon as you like

Options: Add in chocolate chips, add in flax seed, add in GG cracker crumbs.

**We added Skinny Dipped Almonds for an extra crunch
