Amada, a restaurant in Old City, puts a twist on Spanish cuisine. Jose Garces, Iron Chef winner, started Amada in 2005. We were impressed with the menu to say the least. There were so many amazing choices with two of our favorite things (manchego and truffle). They have 5 dollar tapas, a full bar, chef’s tasting menu and the place was packed for a Tuesday night. The only thing we weren’t impressed with was the service. Either way, you won’t want to miss Amada.
